Digital product nature
Digital products can be accessed or copied immediately. Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after download or account access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligible issues
We review requests involving duplicate payment, an incorrect file, a corrupted or unusable file, or a product materially different from its description.
Before requesting a refund
Contact support so we can attempt to restore access, replace a file or resolve the issue.
Request period
Report eligible issues within 7 days of purchase unless a different period is required by law.
Required information
- Order number and purchase email.
- Purchased product name.
- Description and screenshot of the issue.
- Relevant payment reference.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
